Hardware, irrigation, media and the paperwork.
You buy the parts and the information needed to install them properly. Wall fixings are not included, because they depend on your substrate.
Irrigation
Zoned drip line, manifolds, pumps where needed, and a controller sized to the number of zones.
Growing media
Engineered substrate, and plant sourcing to your schedule if you would rather not source it yourself.
Documentation
Setting-out drawings, weight loadings and an O&M template for the project file.
Remote technical support
A technical contact on the phone while the system goes up, not a ticket queue.
Trade pricing on repeat work
Rates set by volume, from a 50 m² wall or a minimum annual purchase commitment agreed at onboarding.

The same rates the estimator quotes.
Nothing here is a special website price. These are the published per-m² rates the estimate generator calculates from, before VAT and before trade volume is applied.

05 — How supply works
Three steps to a delivered kit.
Send the wall
Dimensions, substrate, aspect and whether it is indoor or outdoor. A photograph and a rough size is enough to start.
We specify and quote
System, irrigation zoning, substrate and plant quantities, priced against the published rates with delivery confirmed.
Delivery and support
The kit ships UK-wide with setting-out drawings, and we stay on the phone through the build.

Trade questions.
Can we buy the system and install it ourselves?
Yes. We supply Channel Pro® and Living Louvres® hardware, irrigation kits and substrate to landscapers, contractors and designers running their own installations, with setting-out drawings and remote technical support through the build.
What support do you give during the build?
Setting-out and fixing drawings before you start, weight loadings and O&M documentation for the project file, and a technical contact on the phone while the system goes up.
Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes, we ship UK-wide. Delivery is typically two to three weeks from payment confirmation.
Which system suits my wall?
Channel Pro® for continuous coverage on full elevations, atria and long runs. Living Louvres® for irregular surfaces, screens and feature elevations. Living Louvres® are not used on walls under 1200 mm high.
Do you supply plants?
We can. The plant bundle is priced at 36 plants per m², or you can source your own to our schedule. Planting on site is the standard method; pre-growing is available on request.
Is there trade pricing?
Yes. Trade enquiries are welcome. Trade applies to a wall of 50 m² or more, or a minimum annual purchase commitment agreed at onboarding, with rates set by volume.
